I absolutely love this place! Between the food atmosphere and set up of the bar I am not sure what to complain about! Tons of beer and a great, knowledgeable staff that enjoys conversation. Beechmont being the home of the Westchester American Outlaws is great when it comes to soccer! I highly recommend coming to watch a game!!

Food was good, better than i expected, but the service last night was phenomenal. The barkeep was very kind and efficient. The vibes were really good too. I will definitely be back to try their wings. Smaller bar, less draft choices, but easier to get to and park than the remainder of White Plains.

They have sponsored our volleyball tournament so we stop by on Monday nights for their drink specials. Last night was my first time going and I was quite pleased. Everyone working was extremely nice and got my order correct. I had pulled pork sliders and they were delicious. They also have a nice selection of drafts on tap which made me enjoy it even more. I can't turn down a good beer. Hands down favorite part? The games. They have a really nice dart layout, beer pong, and CORN HOLE. With plenty of room to play all three. On a personal suggestion they should also get Jenga. I'm looking forward to going back after every volleyball game. Plus I really like their design of our shirts.

great draft selection and sangria Update came here again and was tempted to have a beer or few. I was starving coming from a business trip so I decided to grab a bite and boy am I glad I did . My waiter frank was beyond friendly. And always checking in I'm trying to eat a little healthier so I grabbed a wrap Cajun chix to be exact and it was amazing. I mentioned to frank I was eating healthier and he substituted a mesclun green salad as oppose to fries and a whole wheat wrap. Now I felt less guilty grabbing an Oktoberfest. I keep hearing about the wings. Can't review em till I try em' hopefully soon another guy at the bar said they were nominated best wings in westchester but after having candlelite inn I'm going to have to be the judge of that.

If you are looking for really good wings, stop by. If you are a visiting dart team in WCDA looking for a by-the-book serious match, send your sub in for this week (their team is cool enough, but the bar sucks). The place was ok. Nothing special. Great wings. Adequate draft selection. The bartender couldn't remember / wouldn't change one of the TVs so we could watch a game, which is annoying, but whatever. It had a big area to play darts (I came for the WCDA league match). The dart board had no lighting. You couldn't see what you hit until you got right on top of the board. The kitchen door is right next to the board so the staff would walk right up next to you and wait to pass (distracting). The manager books karaoke on the same night as league play, which is as miserable as it sounds. The kid running karaoke didn't know how to balance his speakers & had the volume way too high for an empty bar (max 20 people were there when I left). I kept meaning to visit their location in New Rochelle but never got there. After coming here, I probably never will.

I have never been to the New Roc location, so I can't make a comparison of the two. In any event, this place is bottom tier in terms of White Plains bars. The food is ok, nothing special, and they have very little on tap. The bartenders are either on the older side, but really chill, or young and total d-bags. I have been here a few times, mostly because it is usually empty. I leave as soon as the young (very young) crowd shows up, which is around midnight. I feel the owner opened this place to have a hang out for his friends. The vibe here is much different than other bars in the area, which should make it unique, but it is missing something. I will keep coming here for a chill lunch, or an early evening drink, but not much else.

This place ROCKS! We are in town for a few and just walked in this place. We had a great time and great service. Robert, Chris and Jimmy were all behind the bar and were great. The food was good and the scenery was amazing!

Awesome wings! (better than LZB or Candlelight IMHO) Awesome beer selection! Come for those reasons - or simply to be in a bar that isn't packed wall to wall wtih drunk moreons! Lunch baretender is the greatest and knows his stuff. Again, can't say enough about the wings - they're the best!!

I had a groupon for this place that was expiring within a few days, so we decided to come before it ran out... when we entered the host told us to sit wherever we wanted... (there were only 2 tables to choose from so we chose the 2nd from the front door)... there were FOUR tables full of patrons... that's it.... The service was SO achingly slow you would think they had 40 tables in the place... I ordered my daughter's chicken fingers meal when we first sat down like I always do... 35+ minutes later it still wasn't out and she was getting really cranky bc she's 18 months old and HUNGRY!! I asked the waiter/bartender at least twice where her food was and as expected it was 'coming out soon'.... sure it is!! Our food came out about 10 minutes after hers did... We ordered the hot spinach dip (it was okay). . . for my meal hubby and i both had wraps. Over all the food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. I will def. not be returning.

Your first thought is.............yay a new pub has opened up on Post Road - since White Plains killed Korovo Milk Bar, The Thirsty Turtle tried to turn into a cool live music venue like Knitting Factory, but couldn't let go of it's DJ roots and Kelly's just gave up. Oh how your mind wanders of how awesome this new little pub could be - since the only actual cool put in White Plains is Patrick's Pub. And to think there could be two makes you giddy. And then your realize ladies and gentleman. This is a family restaurant not a pub. Day 1 - try to stop by filled with families 30% of customers under the age of 12. Day 2 - try to stop by at 9 pm mind you - and there was a child's birthday party going on - I kid you not I mean there were balloon animals and party hats. So Beechmont Tavern is a loser. It is the Chuck E Cheese of White Plains. If you want an adult experieince go somewhere else If you want to go hang out with with kids - dude this is the place for you!!!! But major fail. Beechmont tavern already has a bad placement (too far off the beaten path) and now that it's a kid's bar that will get old fast. So really disappointing owners..........you could have had a winner. We see no need to walk past Mulberry's now unless it's to go to Patricks.
